The journey of runescape

Throughout my years of playing runescape I have learned that there are no real cheats to make it through the game. With the new grand exchange it is a lot easier to make money if you sell the right things. If you need to make money fast, you will most likely need to level in a skill that will bring you the most money. Runecrafting: I would not suggest this skill for beginner's because it is a relatively hard skill to level up in and before you can start the skill you need to do the rune mysteries quest and does not bring in much money at first.....at all. Woodcutting: This is definately one of the easiest skills to reach a higher level in because it does not require anything, except standing in one place, or a place nearby and waiting for your inventory to get full. This is a better for money from lvl 40 and higher, at level 60 you can sell yew logs for around 465 gp each, 70 magic logs for around 1,200 gp each. Firemaking: Definately a useless skill, cannot make money, just good for easy leveling, and nothing else. Mining: Very good skill for making money, not much better money once you smith the ore, but much better xp with the smithing skill. Crafting: Does not bring in much money unless you sell the cowhides at a lower level for around 100gp, once you are a higher level it is a good idea to mine gold rock's and make jewelry, you need to be a member for d' hide crafting, and no matter what you have been told do not fall for the trimming armor scam. Cooking: Poor skill for making gold ASAP, since cooked fish sell for less than raw fish and to make pies and cakes, it takes time to gather all the ingredients. Prayer: Prayer cannot make money, don't waste your time. Combat skill's (Attack, Defense, Hitpoints, Strength, Magic, Ranging) cannot make money, just costs money. Fishing: Probably the best skill for making money fast, since even at a lower level you can still make money selling the fish at the G.E. Once you are able to fish for lobsters at lvl 40 that is when the money will really start coming in. And that is about all the non-member skills I can think of atm so write me if I left something out or if you have any questions at all, I will write another blog entry soon with the member skills.
